What starts out as a pleasant evening of food, drink, and entertainment soon evolves into an adventure that takes the party into and under Dragon’s Breath Tavern. Katha is a fully built city with nearly a hundred NPCs, dozens of shops, and many different factions all vying for power over this growing city.
