A simple hunt for a werewolf, or so we thought. Find its lair and slay the beast. No use for wolfsbane or other superstitions. Silver and magic would win the day. A worthy challenge, but nothing horrific, surely. Yet we never expected what we found in the Graenseskov, and our hubris cost us dearly... ๐๐ก๐ ๐๐๐๐ฌ๐ญ ๐จ๐ ๐๐ซ๐๐๐ง๐ฌ๐๐ฌ๐ค๐จ๐ฏ is an 80-page bookmarked Ravenloftยฎ adventure for characters of 1st-4th levels focused on mystery and exploration. A dark shape emerges from the shadow of Castle Ravenloft. A flash of lightning reveals the sneering countenance of Count Strahd von Zarovich. His eyes burn with eternal hunger and a contempt for life. From a narrow balcony, he peers out into the drizzling twilight at the few sad lights of the village below and mutters a single name: "Ireena..." Based on the classic adventure by Tracy and Laura Hickman, the Expedition to Castle Ravenloft campaign adventure updates the original 1st Edition "Ravenloft" module, retaining the Gothic flavor and familiar elements while expanding and reimagining some of the locations to create a deeper, richer adventure experience. This adventure is designed for characters of levels 6, bringing them up to level 10, and features a new, easy-to-use combat encounter format. This book also presents new magic items, feats, and prestige classes for player characters. For use with these Dungeons & Dragons core books: Player's Handbook, Dungeon Master's Guide, Monster Manual.
The legacy of Dr. Frankenstein lives on as the handiwork of a rash young scientist responds in an unexpected manner. An angry lover and an evil monster. The party must stop this monster before he kills the young lovers.

How can this be?! Lead your party on a retro journey through Castle Ravenloft to collect five pieces of a powerful artifact known as the Pentaforce to summon a powerful entity that can put an end to Strahdโs reign once and for all! Experience the rad music of the 1980โs as it guides you from room to room, confronting horrors like the Brunch Club, Ghost Hunters, thrilling zombies, Ricky Roll, the Loonies, Prom (Barovian Winter Fantasy โ86), a flash-dance off with hags, aerobics with undead, Jeremy Krawfjord, Kris Purkens, and much more! This 1980โs inspired PDF is professionally designed and illustrated by Gordon McAlpin (Creator of Death by Goblins!). Inside youโll find hyperlinks to each creature and their stat blocks on D&D Beyond accessible for free! This PDF also includes hyperlinks to a curated โWeekend at Strahdโsโ playlist on Spotify so you can wow your players and relive the epic music of the 1980โs as you put an end to the reign of Strahd von Zarovich! This adventure does not require players to have played Curse of Strahd, nor does it spoil anything in Curse of Strahd. This adventure is designed to play casually as a one shot in a tubular party atmosphere, itโs soooo bodacious. P.S. One player plays as Strahdโs corpse...yes, you read that correctly...one lucky player gets to play the entire time as the corpse of Strahd! Oh, and the player that dies the most wins a crayon drawing of Frankenstein Ronald Reagan. Enjoy!
Under raging storm clouds, a lone figure stands upon the ancient walls of Castle Ravenloft. Lightning splits the sky, its cold light revealing a tall form wrapped in a billowing cape of shadows. Another flash exposes a face full of power and madness, contorted by a tragedy darker than the night. Far below, a party of adventurers has entered his dread domain. He smiles. Another lightning bolt rips through the night, but the figure is gone. Only a howling wind fills the midnight air. The master of Castle Ravenloft is having guests for dinner - and you're invited! Originally published in 1985, this classic adventure for four to eight characters of levels 5 to 7 mixes elements of gothic horror with AD&D fantasy for a unique experience. Updated to 2nd Edition, Ravenloft features a haunted castle, gypsy fortunetellers, a tragic back story, and a vampire who is as powerful and intelligent as he is frightening - a menace worthy of the bravest adventuring party! Synopsis: A swamp village is plagued by swarms of insects; several villagers have died from it. It turns out that the local herbalist is actually a vampire who takes the form of a swarm of mosquitoes. Talk to villagers and get rumors, visit the herbalist, suffer through some dreams, get ambushed by the herbalists minions, chase him into the basement to kill him and rescue the villagers. The mosquito vampire and, maybe, the role play involved in convincing the villagers to dig up the graveyard (to find empty coffins filled with sand!) should be fun. The rest of this is pretty simple.
