aet996 has played this adventure and would recommend it.

I ran this as an intro to Shadowdark for my group. It went well enough that we decided to make the switch to the system! The tension between the factions in the dungeon, mix of rewarding and dangerous secrets, branching paths, and presence of both an unmarked and a notated map were all aspects I hope to bring to my adventure design moving forward! I love that it came in a zine with a larger area hex map full of plot hooks and some thematic character creation content too! I think it would be a useful drop in low level adventure for other OSR type games!
