Sometimes it kills, yet just as often it spares a victim, leaving clear signs of what it might have done had it wished. Its visits are now marked by strange and illegible symbols scrawled in blood on the walls of the buildings. The people are worried, helpless, and desperate. Desperate enough to welcome adventurers. The Premature Burial is the first in a series of four interconnected stories that recall the themes and atmosphere of Edgar Allan Poe's Tales of Terror. Baldur's Gate, year 1492 DR, a dark and terrifying sect works secretly in the slums with the aim of punishing all those who have long oppressed, marginalized and killed the city's poorest and weakest citizens. The patriars, unaware of anything, are the cult's main targets, and a magical plague is about to fall on them that can cause a veritable slaughter. The characters will find themselves caught up in these dangerous events and will be drawn into a spiral of horror, blood and madness that will strain their bodies and souls. The Prior who leads the mysterious cult has "a special plan" in mind for them and will do anything to achieve his goal. Lair of the Kraken - Level 10 The Ladies of Crede had discovered yet another shard of the Mirror of Gates, having it transported to Oakenisle when the shipment was attacked by a kraken. Fly Away With Me- Level 12 Dropped into the middle of Aaqa in the attempt to stop the Queen of Chaos' plan, the characters must naviagte politics and the infinite skies to reach the Ax of Severance before the demons. Through the Fire and the Flames - Level 12 Inspired by Secrets of the Lamp, this is a political-intrigue quest, with characters forced to navigate the politics of the City of Brass, getting a new sultan in power to gain the Ax of Severance before the demons under the Queen of Chaos can seize upon the chaos they wrought. Underground - Level 12 The characters must navigate the shifting labyrinths of the Elemental Plane of Earth to pull off a heist and find the Motherlode before the demons! Portal of the Drow- Level 13 The time has come to enter the Abyss. The nearest - permanent - portal is inside the drow city of Erelhei-Cinlu and is guarded by the son of Demogorgon. As a result, only one action is reasonable: besiege the great city in this adventure inspired by Vault of the Drow. Invasion of the Abyss - Level 14 Upon finding themselves in the Abyss, the characters arrive in the uppermost layer of the Abyss, trudging through 13 layers to reach the home of the Queen of Chaos in this adventure inspired by the Demonweb Pits.

As the characters explore the linear dungeon, they encounter new creatures, complete challenges, and are tested about their Christmas knowledge. However, the final confrontation with the naughty Figgy Puddin' could make for a very Unhappy and Unmerry Christmas for our heroes, the children of Thistleton, and their parents. Who Is Figgy Puddin’? Figgy Puddin’ was once a happy jester who loved Christmas. For years she traveled the realm, bringing fun and festive cheer to villages and children while preparing the way for Santa. However, times have become tough, and entertainment doesn’t always pay as well as one would like. As Figgy prepares for retirement, she’s learned she doesn’t have enough gold to last. During this time, she’s also decided that Santa doesn’t know who she is, let alone appreciate the work she puts in every year. Using her savings, extortion, blackmail, and other nefarious means, she’s convinced several mechanical geniuses and arcane specialists to help her refurbish her underground bunker with wondrous effects, creatures, and tests. To fund her retirement, she’s taken extreme measures to make some quick gold — holding Christmas presents for ransom.
