The town of Warlorn is often thought of as a peaceful one. Not much happens there, and it is usually considered a place of peace were parties could convene to make truces or were the hurt could always come to find someone to care for them. Perceptions can often be incorrect however. The church of Ilmatter, God of Suffering, acts as an effective government in the town. Illmaters tenants are that to help all those who have suffered and to take on their suffering so that they may be healed. To them suffering is truly Holy, and to take suffering on from another is seen as the greatest way to prey to their god. Not everyone is as virtuous as a god, even his own followers, and humanity in taking on holy suffering is still left with desires; lusts that can be corrupted. When the Duchess of Manipulation who delights in corrupting church men spoke to the leader of this clergy of Ilmater, it was no difficult task for her to find a loophole in Illmaters word that she could exploit. If suffering was holy, then truly it should be those that do not yet understand Ilmater’s ways that should feel this suffering. Using a cultist of hers, she was able to create a child that could later be used as an ingredient for a portal right to her layer of hell. It’d be two birds in one stone; corrupt a devoted followers of a god she hated to later take their souls as her own, and create a portal that she could use to cross both herself and her armies to the material plane. When the players enter the scene, the child will have already been kidnapped, and the child’s mother will be hanging up fliers giving out a reward to anyone that can find her child. The players will find themselves needing to infiltrate the Church of Ilmater into its secret underground cult so that they can save the child and stop Glasya from finding her way to the Material Plane.

A few weeks ago, a neogi flying ship met with misfortune in a furious thunderstorm as it was setting out on a long journey. Heavily damaged, it crashed on an isolated rocky beach. Several neogi and their slaves were killed or injured in the crash, but five of the small monsters survived, along with four umber hulks and a handful of other useful slaves. Under the leadership of the sorcerer Neex Hist, the neogi are working to repair their ship so they can continue their interrupted voyage. In the meantime, they have set up camp in a large sea save close by the site of the shipwreck. While the repairs continue, the neogi and their minions are scouring the area for anything of interest - there's no point in leaving potentially valuable merchandise in the vicinity of the crash site, after all. The Claret Wellspring is an adventure for four 4th-5th level PCs. "The first spell cast has not yet finished its work." Strange lights in the desert lead the PCs to a long-forgotten oasis. Travelling towards the lights, the PCs are threatened by magic so old, it defies categorization. Arriving at the withered shore of a blood-colored pool, the PCs discover an ancient dial and three tooth-like columns rising from the ground. Turning the dial results in the water being magically siphoned into the column's hollow cavities. If the pool is emptied, a small door is revealed in the crimson-stained much. They must defeat a blood-infused water elemental before proceeding. Once inside, the PCs share a room with a dark ritual running since the origin of the world. The keeper of the place, an immortal fey inside a powerful suit of armor, offers little explanation as to the nature of the ritual, and he seeks to ensure they tell no one of the Claret Wellspring.
Baron Rajiram’s forces have secured the Nelanther Isles and have scoured the Sword Coast for treasures. Now they have begun to explore a mysterious island that recently just popped into existence nearby. SEER seems to believe that an aboleth artifact is their goal. It is up to the adventurers, in competition with the baron, as well as aboleths, the Kraken Society, and the mysterious caretaker of the island, to locate the Eye of Xxiphu and avert catastrophic disaster. City of the Lizardking - Level 9 The Silent Ones have maintained a close relationship with a band of Lizardfolk in the Hool Marsh. Their recent silence, following a discovery of another piece of the Mirror of Gates could only mean one thing... They need to be saved in an adventure inspired by Tomb of the Lizardking. Lair of the Kraken - Level 10 The Ladies of Crede had discovered yet another shard of the Mirror of Gates, having it transported to Oakenisle when the shipment was attacked by a kraken. Now the characters must go on a very deep sea adventure to take back what is theirs. Through the Fire and the Flames - Level 12 Inspired by Secrets of the Lamp, this is a political-intrigue quest, with characters forced to navigate the politics of the City of Brass, getting a new sultan in power to gain the Ax of Severance before the demons under the Queen of Chaos can seize upon the chaos they wrought. Underground - Level 12 The characters must navigate the shifting labyrinths of the Elemental Plane of Earth to pull off a heist and find the Motherlode before the demons! Portal of the Drow- Level 13 The time has come to enter the Abyss. The nearest - permanent - portal is inside the drow city of Erelhei-Cinlu and is guarded by the son of Demogorgon. As a result, only one action is reasonable: besiege the great city in this adventure inspired by Vault of the Drow. Invasion of the Abyss - Level 14 Upon finding themselves in the Abyss, the characters arrive in the uppermost layer of the Abyss, trudging through 13 layers to reach the home of the Queen of Chaos in this adventure inspired by the Demonweb Pits.
